President Rouhani appeared in a live televised interview late on Sunday and gave a report on the most important issues of the country and governments efforts in different political, economic, cultural fields as well as regional and international issues.
"Employment is the most important issue of our country and unemployment can be a major problem for our society and country," Dr Rouhani added.
Stressing a collective effort to create jobs in the country is essential, he added: "The total number of our employed population in year 1392 was 21.3 million people and this figure has currently reached 23 million".
In the last two years, 700,000 net jobs have been created but we are far from the demand, the President added, saying: "Resistive Economy Headquarters has provided loans for 17000 industrial units"
He continued: "Growth in agriculture sector has been 5.9% in the first half of year 1395".
The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran also went on to say: "Non-oil goods export has reached $32bn in the first nine months of the current year".
Replying to a question with regard to the coming anniversary of the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Dr Rouhani added: "The last part of our commitments in the JCPOA will be finalised on the anniversary".
"In Fordow, we have some commitments that have not been yet completely fulfilled, which is underway. This is because the promise we made was a yearlong one," he added.
We honour our commitments in JCPOA and hope that the other side does so, the President also continued, adding: "We hope that the other side lives up to all its commitments in JCPOA and we witness economic growth in all countries, especially those we had interaction with in the process".
"The result of JCPOA is win-win and beneficial to all and I hope all countries witness its good results in coming years," he continued.
I have no doubt that JCPOA was the biggest achievement of the great Iranian nation, said Dr Rouhani adding: "Negotiating with 6 world powers resulted in a great achievement and we reached a conclusion that no one in the world could say that Iran has lost the deal".
Dr Rouhani also said: "Those who oppose [the JCPOA], like the Zionist Regime and Saudi Arabia, are saying that Iran has deceived the other side. This is also incorrect. We said it from the first day of negotiations that this agreement will be a win-win one".
He then referred to oil, gas, transportation and insurance, saying: "JCPOA has been completely implemented and executed. In the nuclear sector, we have operationalised whatever we wanted; right now, we have imported 200 tonnes of Yellow Cake and will import another 120 tonnes".
In transportation sector, he said, "We have signed a contract for buying 200 airplanes, which was impossible without JCPOA. Buying airplanes does not impose expenses on public budget of the country".
President Rouhani also continued: "The 18-year repayment of airplane money indicates global communitys trust in Iran".
JCPOA dispelled Iranophobia, said Rouhani adding: "Our enemies and opponents promoted Iranophobia, introducing Iran as a threat to the world".
He continued: "Today, on the contrary, countries around the world acknowledge Irans significant role in the region. In yesterdays resolution of the Security Council about Syria, Irans positive role in combatting terrorism in the region has been acknowledged".
"Today, our nuclear activity is legal but previously, our activities were considered illegal and against Security Councils resolutions. Today, helping Iran in its nuclear sector is in the agenda and this means that different European countries and Russia are helping us in producing fuel for our reactors, as well as other nuclear sectors, which leads to our growth and progress in the nuclear sector," Dr Rouhani continued.
Regarding combatting terrorism in the region, especially in Syria, he said: "We have spared no effort in helping countries combat terrorism and we will continue to do so.
In Irans regional policy, resistance and diplomacy are two sides of a coin, he said, adding: "We helped the Syrian nation and government to combat terrorism".
"Regarding Yemen, Syrian and other countries that are facing crises, we believe that the ultimate solution is diplomacy".
The President also expressed hope that the Astana Meeting represents a major landmark for the region. He added: "In the field of diplomacy we have been active and we are in touch with Syria, Russia, Turkey and other countries in the region in this regard".
A tripartite relation has been formed between Iran, Russia and Turkey along with Syria and these countries have been able to take great steps, he added.
He continued: "We hope that the people of Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Bahrain, Libya and other countries that are struggling with problems, be saved and secure and stable situation be established in the region. In general, the current conditions of the region is good, of course we have a long way to go until we reach full security ".
Expressing profound grief over the recent terrorist attack in Turkey, he said: "These kinds of incidents show that the terrorists will have no mercy on anybody and this virus will infect everybody, unless we can confront it and eliminate the virus".
I am very happy that we have extraordinary security in our country, said Rouhani, "I thank all armed and security forces for the extraordinary security they have provided the Iranian nation with".
On the Charter for Citizens Rights that was unveiled recently, Dr Rouhani said: "People should play a role in realisation of citizenship rights".
"Clarity is peoples right; they should know where the money is being spent," the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran added.
He continued: "We should promote unity and brotherhood instead of defamation and slander".
Responding to rumours about disagreements among economy ministrys officials and minister, he said: "Different expert opinions among ministers is natural, but we are coordinated in implementation".
