Iran FM congratulates his Chinese counterpart on China New Year

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian sent a message to his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi congratulating him on the Chinese New Year.

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian  sent a message to his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, congratulating him on the Chinese New Year.

 

In the message, Amirabdollahian said he was pleased that the strategic partnership treaty and bilateral ties between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the People's Republic of China are on a promising and bright track, thanks to the management of their high-ranking officials.

 

He also underlined the importance of consultations between Tehran and Beijing in light of their bilateral and international ties at mechanisms such as the UN, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and BRICS.

 

The Iranian foreign minister expressed hope that the expansion of ties between Iran and China will help expand lasting peace and stability in the region and the whole world.
