Chinese ambassador meets with Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman

On the eve of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s upcoming visit to China Chinese Ambassador to Tehran Mr. Zhong Pei met on Wednesday with Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baqaei.

During the meeting, discussions focused on bilateral relations and the importance of using all available capacities, particularly in light of the historical, civilizational, and cultural ties between the two countries, for the purpose of further expanding cooperation in all areas of mutual interest.
