In response to complaints and grievances received from Iranians residing in Georgia about the discriminatory and inappropriate conduct of the country's border guards who have imposed restrictions and a discriminatory entry ban, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said the issue is being seriously followed up by the Islamic Republic of Iran's Embassy in Tbilisi and also through Georgia's Embassy in Tehran.
Khatibzadeh reiterated naturally, such behaviors are not acceptable at all, and the Georgian authorities are expected to resolve these problems as soon as possible.
