Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian sent a message to the Republic of Suriname’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation Albert Ramdin, offering congratulations to the country’s government and people on Suriname's Independence Day. “I am certain that the level of bilateral ties will see a boost in all areas, especially economy, on the back of mutual efforts of the two country’s officials,” he wrote in the message.
