Iran’s new envoy to Belgium meets FM Amirabdollahian before departure for mission
Iran’s newly-appointed ambassador to Belgium Seyyed Mohammad Ali Robat Jazi met with the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian prior to departure for his place of duty.
Iran’s newly-appointed ambassador to Belgium, Seyyed Mohammad Ali Robat Jazi met with the Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian prior to  departure for his place of duty. During the meeting, the new envoy gave a report to  Amirabdollahian on bilateral ties between Tehran and Brussels as well as the European Union along with the plans for his upcoming schedule.   In the meeting, Amirabdollahian also stressed the need to remove the existing obstacles and highlighted the importance of preserving and boosting good ties with Belgium as well as improving communication, dialogue and interaction with the European Union.   Robat Jazi has previously served as the caretaker and head of the Department for Disarmament and Arms Control in the Islamic Republic of Iran’s permanent mission in New York.
