On Saturday, I received phone calls from my Dutch, Belgian, and Cypriot counterparts Hanke Bruins Slot, Hadja Lahbib, and Constantinos Kombos.   They put forth their ideas about the Israeli regime’s recent terrorist attack on the Islamic Republic of Iran’s embassy building in Damascus and the violation of international law and the Vienna Conventions.   Our country’s positions were explained. I stressed that the US has received the necessary warning.   Meanwhile, the latest international, regional, and Gaza developments were discussed in talks with Lavrov, the foreign minister of the Russian Federation.
