Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, held a telephone conversation with Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait. Araghchi congratulated him on his appointment.
