Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, who is in Doha to attend the Al Jazeera Forum, at noon on Monday met with his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani.   The two top diplomats discussed bilateral ties as well as regional and international developments.   Araghchi appreciated Qatar's positive efforts with regard to the Iran nuclear issue and briefed the Qatari side on the recent diplomatic talks between Iran and the US in Muscat, Oman.   The two sides further held talks over regional developments and underscored the joint responsibility of all regional nations to safeguard the security and stability of West Asia.
