Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, arrived in Muscat, the capital of Oman, on Saturday night at the head of a diplomatic delegation.   During this visit, the Foreign Minister will meet with senior Omani officials and hold talks and exchange views on bilateral relations and regional developments.
