Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi held a phone conversation on Thursday afternoon with Field Marshal Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, to discuss the latest regional developments. During the call, the Iranian foreign minister strongly condemned the US military's acts of aggression against various parts of Iran, describing them as a blatant violation of the UN Charter and a clear breach of the provisions of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding on the Termination of the War.Araghchi said the inflammatory rhetoric of US officials, along with their admission that Washington is not committed to the memorandum, is clear evidence of bad faith and the continuation of its war-driven policies. The Iranian foreign minister also warned against any further adventurism by the US military, stressing the unwavering determination of the Iranian nation and the brave Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran to defend the country's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national security.
