Iranian, Afghan Top Diplomats Hold Phone Talks

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has held talks with Mohammad Haneef Atmar, the caretaker of the Afghan Foreign Ministry.

In a Sunday phone conversation, Foreign Minister Zarif underlined the necessity for unity among various Afghan groups, establishment of peace and stability in the country, and expansion of bilateral collaborations.
