Iran FM: Resistance role in regional equations irreplaceable
In a meeting with Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Seyyed Issa Tabatabaei and the accompanying delegation who are in Iran to take part in the International Conference of Expatriate Mojahideens, the Minister of Foreign Affairs further highlighted his efforts aligned with the activities of Imam Musa Sadr, expressing appreciation for them.َ

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Hossein Amirabdollahian, highlighted Seyyed Issa Tabatabai's significant support and contributions to enhancing the resistance's position in Lebanon, the region, and the Islamic world.
Honoring martyr General Qassem Soleimani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs revealed an untold memory of the esteemed martyr and resistance leader during his tenure as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Referring to Hezbollah's impactful struggles and actions, he emphasized that the role of resistance in regional and global dynamics remains unparalleled today.
Amirabdollahian conveyed hope for the continued cultural and social services of Tabatabaei, a dedicated Mujahid, and offered condolences for the passing of Tabatabaei's wife and conveyed sympathy to her children.
In the meeting, Seyyed Issa Tabatabaei commended the efforts of the organizers of the International Conference of Expatriate Mojahideens, identifying himself as a humble soldier of the Imams of the Revolution and a servant of the people of Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine.
He lauded the honorable position and services of Ayatollah Raisi’s administration and the diplomatic apparatus of the Islamic Republic of Iran over the past two years, acknowledging their tangible and commendable transformation.
Expressing pride in serving the resistance and Hezbollah, he emphasized his commitment to this heartfelt belief until the end of his life.
Present at the meeting were Mr. Taqavi and Mr. Malek Mohammadi, the current and previous representatives of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, along with the Foreign Minister's cultural advisor, Amroodi.
It is noteworthy that Seyyed Issa Tabatabaei, invited by the Secretariat of the International Conference of the Expatriate Mojahideens for the 8th meeting, has provided various services. These included the construction of Shaheed Sheikh Ragheb Harb Hospital, Hazrat Rasool Azam (PBUH) Hospital, the establishment of the Al-Manar Network, the construction of the Holy Shrine of Khawaila bint Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, and the construction of the tomb of Seyyed Abbas Mousavi Seyyed al-Shohada of the Resistance in the Nabi Shith vicinity, the construction of numerous schools and mosques in Lebanon, the establishment of nearly thirty cultural centers in Lebanon with the help of Lebanese Shia benefactors and Shias of other countries, the establishment of a bank entitled Qarz al-Hasana Bait Al-Mal, and the construction of the only cultural, religious, sports, and artistic center for Iranians in Beirut named after Imam Khomeini. Tabatabaei was also appointed as the first representative of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Lebanon, the founder of the Martyrs and Veterans Foundation and the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in Lebanon, as well as the seminaries of Hazrat Imam Mahdi, Shohada schools, and Imam Khomeini Camp.
