Iran condemns terrorist acts mass killing of people officials in Mali

Esmail Baghaei the spokesperson for Irans Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in various regions of Mali which resulted in the deaths of Malian Defense Minister Sadio Camara members of his family and a large number of Malian citizens including worshippers at a mosque in the city of Kati near the capital Bamako.

Esmail Baghaei, the spokesperson for Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, strongly condemned the terrorist attacks in various regions of Mali, which resulted in the deaths of Malian Defense Minister Sadio Camara, members of his family, and a large number of Malian citizens, including worshippers at a mosque in the city of Kati near the capital, Bamako.

 

Baghaei offered condolences to the families of the victims, expressed sympathy with the government and people of Mali, and wished a speedy recovery for those injured in the incident.

 

Emphasizing the Islamic Republic of Iran's principled stance of unequivocally condemning all forms of terrorism and violent extremism, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that countering terrorism is an international responsibility requiring cooperation and coordination among all countries, as well as sustained action against the perpetrators, organizers, supporters, and financial backers of terrorism. He expressed confidence that the Malian people will overcome terrorism and its supporters through unity and solidarity.
