Qatari PM FM to visit Tehran on Thursday
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baqaei has announced that Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister will visit Tehran on Thursday.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmail Baqaei has announced that Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, will visit Tehran on Thursday.
According to Baqaei, the visit is part of ongoing Iran-Qatar consultations aimed at expanding bilateral relations and strengthening regional peace and security.
Referring to Qatar’s good offices in recent months to help prevent further escalation in the region following the military aggression by the United States and the Israeli regime against Iran, Baqaei said the Qatari Prime Minister will hold discussions with Iranian officials on the continuation of Qatar’s mediation efforts and initiatives, as well as other regional developments.
