Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman: Israels crimes at Sadieh Timan prison just tip of the iceberg
Kanaani urged international organizations and rights activists to fulfill their legal and humane responsibility in this regard.
Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani has described a Washington Post report on July 29, 2024 about medieval torture of Palestinians at the Zionist regime's prisons as merely the "tip of the iceberg".
Kanaani made the comment in a post on X social media platform.
He added that the leaks about some torture techniques and crimes at a prison inside Sadieh Timan base in Negev desert, 30 kilometers from the Gaza Strip near the city of Beersheba, indicate that the Zionist regime has set a new record in comparison to the notorious US-run prisons of Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib.
Kanaani urged international organizations and rights activists to fulfill their legal and humane responsibility in this regard.
