Iran Bahrain FMs hold telephone conversation

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and his Bahraini counterpart Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani held a telephone conversation.

Araghchi thanked the King of Bahrain for his congratulatory message to Iran’s president on the occasion of the 47th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and briefed his Bahraini counterpart on the latest developments related to the Iran–US nuclear negotiations.

 

Bahrain’s Foreign Minister appreciated the explanations provided by his Iranian counterpart and expressed hope that the ongoing talks would continue until a final result is achieved.

 

The foreign ministers of Iran and Bahrain also underlined the need to continue consultations and exchanges of views by the two countries.
