The 22nd Meeting of the Council of Heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Member States started with the presence of the President of our country in the historical city of Samarkand.
The 22nd summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization began in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, with Ayatollah Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the heads of other member countries taking part.
The leaders of China, Russia, India, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Mongolia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan are present in this meeting.
The summit of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation is held every year with the focus on the strategy of multilateral cooperation and priority areas of development, dealing with important issues and strengthening the economic and political cooperation of the members.
